About HR

The Human Resources Division provides customer-oriented programs to meet the strategic goals of Non-Public Funds (NPF) and ensures compliance with applicable federal employment legislation, such as Human Rights, Official Languages, Employment Equity, and Occupational Health and Safety. Human Resources also provides programs and services in the following areas:

• Employment Opportunities 
• Training and Development 
• Pension and Benefits 
• Labour Relations
• Recognition Programs 

All of these programs and services are supported by Human Resources Business Systems.
